Time to Talk is a local charity offering free, confidential counselling to young people in West Berkshire who are between 11 and 25 years old. Time to Talk’s objective is to promote the moral and social wellbeing of young people, particularly 14-21 year olds, through one-to-one non-judgmental counselling.

Eight Bells for Mental Health is a charitable organisation which supports people affected by mental health in West Berkshire. The centre is open Monday - Thursday 9.30am -3.30pm each week. A member led organisation open to anyone who has experienced a mental health issue. We provide a safe friendly welcoming place for people to drop in relax and be among supportive peers. We offer a range of activities, courses and trips including music, health living and art. We also have a catering team who provide a freshly cooked meal every day.
